We do not let him free roam. I had to do this with my little chi when they said she was potty trained and I would give her a treat when she would go outside. She is not energetic and so gained weight so I started giving them cheerios. Even when we fostered great danes and they came to us not fixed they didn't mark in the house.
He has the cutest little face and so we will keep working with him. The thing about tiny little dogs is they are so quick. I will tell you how bad he can be. He was on my bed with me and walked past my computer and was going to lift his leg and of course I said no. He also chases your heels when you walk out. Is that a yorkie thing?
