For some reason I thought you were kidding...apparently you were serious. That is quite sad.

Now, regarding the white meat of chicken. How are you cooking the chicken? Try a few different methods and levels of internal temperature. Never, of course, use any sort of spices or added salt. Also, never feed "enhanced" chicken. You want the sodium content of your chicken to not exceed 100 mg per serving. Anything over that is likely "enhanced" or injected.
