Since that Breton is her ex (same name in both the civil custody cases and the other cases), I wonder who the husband is that didn't feel the water break. And why would she keep the surname of her ex when she remarried? Maybe they got back together.
I also seem to remember, but could be wrong, that she claimed to be 24 on her facebook page, but the court records (which are hers, no doubt at all) show her age as 32.
Poor Miley, and I feel so sorry for her son, too.
