If it was posted that dogs were not allowed, they are not allowed. period.

I have come to the conclusion that dogs are not allowed unless I asked permission or see a sign posted that they are welcome.

I just got back from a trip to visit my daughters in Chicago. We were looking for a parking garage to park a third daughter's car. It was a real mission-- the gentleman at the garage was not communicating very well. Anywho... as we were entering the GARAGE.. he sees Remy.. and says "hold you horses... dogs are not allowed in the GARAGE" a garage???? come on!! any way, I get out of the car and tell the girls I will walk back to the apartment. I guess I was wlking in the wrong direction so he yells at me to come back, he than points to an office and says.."see that sign, well go there and ask directions on how to get to the address you need, but you can't go in... you have a dog" At this point I was a little ...well ... not happy. But hey, the rules are the rules... even in a GARAGE!!!!
