As long as the area looks normal and you are sure you got it all, she does not need to be seen. It's too early to run bloods and see if it made her sick.
It takes a certain number of hours for a tick to transmit disease, and even without a bite, tick preventatives kill them before that time is up (well, that is the hope anyway). I would be talking to the vet about whether a tick preventaitive is indicated. It probably is.
