Just an idea but maybe if you've stopped giving her treats when she goes outside, you could start again. Also, I would restrict her to one small area of the house, or in a crate, until she is doing ALL her business outside again. She's definitely testing your boundaries, and it seems like it's become a game for her. You need to let her know you're still in charge and have the power to restrict her movements within YOUR home.
