I would set up a bed for her in a quiet out of the way area but where she can still see you. Put her in the bed with a treat, then walk away. Give Rosie a treat too. If Rosie continues barking, I'd take both for a walk together. That can help them to bond. If you have to separate them, put Micky somewhere. She's not used to being spoiled yet so it won't bother her as much as it would Rosie.
Do everything for Rosie first, this shows her you still love her. Again, Micky doesn't know any better so it shouldn't bother her.
I thought she looked scared with her original owner, in the first pic you posted. She may not have bonded, or know how to.... give her time.
