Chloe uses the Bessie and Barney harness. It is very soft and airy. I do not leave it on her all the time. Do you have a Natural Paws pet store close to you? I found Chloe's at Natural Paws. We live in the Houston Metro area so I know what you are talking about, when you say heat.
