Got mine! Fits good and Peek a Boo seems more comfortable in it than the other one I have. It's not as thick, so it may not keep him afloat for real long... I'll have to test it and see. My main use is to have something on him if he should fall or jump in the water that keeps him afloat until I can get to him, so I think this fits the bill! His old one is a bit bulky and restrictive. I think I may order more! There is no foam under the front buckle, but he didn't cough once while wearing it. A fix would be to add a connecting strap or ribbon from the front strap to the first strap under the fron legs. He tends to cough a bit, I thought he had CT at one point, but this vest didn't bother him at all. The strap sits midway on his chest and doesn't touch his throat.
