That does happen, they can get hit and one would never know it. Check her gums, pink is good, pale: get her to the vet. Look for bruising or discoloration on her tummy and all over (sometimes bruising won't show till the next day), any bloating too, and be sure she's breathing normally (for her). Check her pupils for equality and reactivity. If one is bigger than the other...vet check for sure, right away. I hope I haven't left anything out... when she urinates, check for any blood. Really best to have your vet check her over. He may have something better than the aspirin for her arthritis too.
