No, Orijen was not sold to a lower-end company. Natura (EVO and Innova) was sold to Proctor & Gamble and they recently changed some ingredients around that I would not trust.
Orijen/Acana (Champion Pet Foods) is a fantastic company! One of the best, if you ask me
I still feed Acana in rotation with TOTW. Orijen did cause him some runny stools, though, once they changed the ingredients a bit.
