Animal Smiley 019 Getting pup used to grooming

I took Wally in to the groomer a few weeks ago for his first grooming appointment. He did great with the normal scissor clipping for the most part, but when she tried to use the electric clipper or use the scissors near his face, he FREAKED OUT. When I went back to pick him up, she had me hold him while she clipped his face and tipped his ears, and he did great!

Since it was his first grooming, she didn't push it with the clippers - she said that he just needed to get used to the vibration and feeling of them. So, he's kind of half groomed - he still looks cute, though!

I've been working with him a bit with the clippers I have at home to cut my husband's hair. I give him treats around it and if he touches it, I praise him. He still won't let it get anywhere near his back or head.

Any helpful hints to get him more comfortable with the clippers or should I just keep enticing him with praise and treats until it's no big deal? I really don't want him to be a problem pup at the groomer!
