Poppy is home now and everything went fine. She's really doped up right now and her face is soaking wet because she's been drooling lots. She is lying on her new bed in a baby grow feeling very sorry for herself.
The vet told me to give her a drink but not any food for a couple of hours, so I gave her a drink and she drank lots then sicked it all back up
I have left the bowl of water near her but she's not drinking it right now, do you think I should take it away? Also they didn't give us any pain meds or mention them at all? She may need a pee but I don't think she has the energy to get up and let us know right now, and it's raining outside so I don't really want to put her out there. Any suggestions?
