| Bee - vair! It's like 'bee - vair' not 'bee - ver'. Biewer!
I would never have figured that pronunciation out if I hadn't looked it up, lol.
No one around here has heard of a Biewer Terrier, so when I try to explain it, I get a lot of blank stares, ... Especially when I say it like bee - vair. "HUH?" "WHAT IS THAT?" I just end up saying, "It's a variance of the Yorkshire Terrier. You know, ... Yorkie." Theeen they semi - understand. If that doesn't work, I have to revert to, "It's like a Yorkshire Terrier, but it has a lot of white in its coat and then patches of color." -shrugs- Is that politically correct? Probably not, but it works.
