roseylovestosho, this is a topic that can get a lot of emotions going. (Trust me, I know...I can see myself falling on both sides at times!) I do recall you saying you didn't want to offend anyone, and please know you have not offended me. We are all entitled to our opinions, when the topic is a sensitive one, emotions can get high. Like my own!

Back to Casey Anthony....her hearing is tomorrow to see what her sentence will be. My HOPE is that Judge Perry doesn't cut her ANY slack.
She could get up to a year for each offense, so that would be 4 years. She's already served 3 years, but a lot of that was because of her felony convictions for check fraud (stealing from her best friend.) I hope that he gives her four years...at least she would have to serve about another year.
They are speculating that she will get four years (served consecutively, so really just ONE year
) and since she's already served nearly that they will give her the rest off for 'good behavior.'
Judge Perry is pretty heavy handed when it comes to sentencing, from what I've heard. I just hope there aren't any loop holes Baez is able to pull her through. But, my hopes aren't real high. She'll probably walk free tomorrow. Disgusting!!
