I'm taking Chip to the vet Saturday for a bit of a check up, but I don't think there is anything wrong with him. Around his little boy parts in the area where there isn't a lot of hair, he's been getting a lot of raised black bumps that look like scabs almost. I don't think it's anything because he's had some of them for awhile, but I just want the vet to tell me that he's fine or if he's not, then obviously I want to get the proper treatment for him. I googled it and people had several different answers of what it could be - fleas (I know this is not the case), age spots, moles, or fungus. Am I crazy for taking him in? Chip is much more important than my dignity, but I don't want the vet to think I'm wasting their time or look at me like I'm nuts. Has any body ever seen something like that on their dogs before?
