I clean under her eyes before the bath & that ends up washing all of the front of her face, and I know it's tearless. For the rest of her head & sides of her muzzle I use a little shampoo. I use a tear free puppy shampoo, I think it's Hartz actually, & it really agrees with her skin & hair.
