My Ella is 16 weeks and the hair on her head is all grayish tan underneath too. It is still black tipped because she hasn't had a haircut yet but I am expecting the black to be gone after the first cut. Ella looks a lot like Zoey and her coloring. I was hoping the black would stay around longer but I am sure she will be just as cute with a lighter head!!
