That stuff about being molested by her father and brother should never have been considered since it was merely mentioned and never proven. I think it is a disgrace that the court allowed that attorney to do that. In my opinion, an attorney should not be allowed to make statements that are prejudicial and not back them up. I hope to God they did not use that as their reason for letting her off.
IF they did, they did not follow the law.
