Absolutely. The system is definitely racially biased. You can argue that it is the minorities committing more crimes, BUT, even if that is true, it doesn't change the fact that it is REALLY hard to convict a pretty, white, young, woman to death row.
The case would absolutely have been different if she wasn't pretty, white, and young.
This is JUST MY OPINION.
