I could never get rid of Poppy.... when i do decide to have children Poppy will STILL be a part of my family. I would never move somewhere that ment i had to 'rehome' her and never take a job that ment i couldnt give her the care needed. But then again i am not you and you have to do what is best for both dogs.
its a really sad situation
