As far as her being able to grieve now, if I lost my child & I was not the cause, I'd STILL be grieving, not just starting! Who doesn't grieve until they know they're butt's in the clear? And I never saw, did they do a psych eval on her? None of that would've lead to a motive? The fact that her child was a burden to her was not a motive? Those 12 jurors & alt. should be very ashamed of themselves! |
Yes, I think I forgot to mention he said they were given no motive - unbelievable. Why do some ppl break their children's bones? Why do some ppl sadistically torture and kill ppl? How can you know motives for sure in someone's mind?
The lying part Nancy addressed, Ashton was interviewed this am also and stated prosecutors often see family members "trying to be helpful" to family members who have committed a crime and are involved in a criminal trial. He said what Cindy did was not uncommon in his world of prosecution and he was not sure if she would eventually be charged (not his call).
