If she's been "trained" to go in her kennel then I think it's just going to take A LOT of patience.

Personally, I'm finding potty training the hardest part of having a puppy. I get so frustrated, very quickly, and I know that Ozzy senses my unhappiness and frustration. I think that's actually making the process take longer (though to be fair it's only been one week!). I'm trying really hard to remain calm, but it's my biggest challenge. I can't imagine how frustrating it would be if he was peeing or pooping in his crate! Hang in there. I'm sure she will understand eventually.
