She's just propably loosing her babyteeth and getting her adult ones ! won't be worried, have her ears taped for about a week they should be up again then, 3 days is a little bit short time, though the ears are standing by themselfs keep the tape a few days longer when they start to stand on their own so they wont just go down again
My breeder reccomanded me to give my yorkie puppymilk once a day when I taped his ears , I dont remember why but it was something about the ears, some vitamins in the milk that he needed when he was teething.
