i think she knows shes weed herself by accident as she comes to tell me and genuinely seems upset about it but i dont understand why she seems to be doing this? i thought incontinance only happens in older dogs??
After i find shes wet, if i let her out she still has a very big wee outside so i cant really understand how theres so much wee! we let her out all the time and she asks us if she needs to go out in between.
obviously i never tell her off when this happens as its not her fault but it is costing me alot in doggie shampoo and conditioner with baths!
im abit concerned about my baby as i dont like her being and obviously as shes quite young im wondering why its happening. is it something that happens to all female yorkies when they are spayed??? (shes my first one)
all the help and ideas you could give would be imensley appriciated!!

This is not unusual sometimes in spayed females. Hormone changes are the culprit. Get your vet to prescribe Stilbesterol, a hormone. Dosage will vary depending on the severity of the problem. The tablets are not expensive. I currently have a pet girl that is fine with just one pill / week. Some need one every few days. It stops the problem. If your Vet needs to go through all sorts of nonsense tests, go find another Vet. Any vet worth their salt knows the problem can happen and knows how to fix it.
