I would use a couple words to help her calm down. Simply tell her she is ok every time she barks at you. Or something like that . Just use a couple voice commands , and when she stops barking at you give her a treat and tell her good girl. Maybe your moving too fast for her? Sudden movements can make a sensitve dog bark. My dog is like yours. Both my 2 will bark when my son goes out of his room, they hear him but can't see him, so they bark. My son really hates it.
