First, an immediate vet visit is needed to rule out UTI and stones. UTIs are common after spay, and left for two months is a really bad thing.
If everything is clear, then you may be dealing with spay incontinence. It doesn't happen to all spayed dogs (actually, very few). Your vet might choose to put her on Proin to see if that helps.
After she is cleared medically, you can invest in diapers. You have to be very careful with these though or risk urine scald.
