Hi and welcome! We know first hand that a Yorkie, or any dog, can go into a deep depression when their special person is gone. A year and a half ago, we had to move due to "daddy's" job. There was a 3 month period where daddy was gone while the rest of the family stayed behind to sell the house. Maggie is her daddy's dog for sure. She went into a deep depression and was not herself until we were all reunited. It was a hard time for all of us, but she really took it hard. I'm glad your little one has adjusted and is back to being herself again. These babies bring such joy and love to us! |
