I had to retrain my dogs to go on the pad in our TV room. Normally, I did not have a pad there, but when we got the third puppy, he needed a pad placed down. One of my dogs took to the relocation without a problem but my older male dog will not --he insists that he be able to use the one he's always used. I would just try to encourage and food reward and make her go on it when you know she has to go. Good luck!
