I made an appt with a landscaping company. They never showed, never called. So I sent them an email saying that I may have misunderstood the date and time of the appointment even though I had written it down at the time we spoke and made the appt. I also said that due to the urgency of the job I had to call another company and although they quoted me $10,000 I had to go with them.
Send the carpet cleaning company a nicely worded email letting them know how much money they lost out on.
I never heard from the landscaping company again, but I bet they are kicking themselves once they got my message about it being a $10,000 job! LOL
