Here is a good place to start. I googled Alberta Pomeranian Rescue and these are some of the things that came up. I'm thinking you didn't "rescue" Pooter from a true rescue organization, but "rescued" him from an awful back yard breeder who charged you lots of money. In truth you bought him, and will be out the money unless you resell him. Well, I would place him with a true rescue group, and forget about the money you paid / invested. Consider it a tough lesson learned, and doing what is in the best interest of Pooter. A rescue group will find him a wonderful forever home. I know what I'm talking about. I do this everyday!
