My yorkie is 5 1/2 years old she is pee wee pad trained. The problem is she will go on the paper most of time. then she gets forgetful and misses and goes on the rug. I know she knows where she is suppose to go. Why dose she do this ? and dose anyone have any suggestions to fix this problem ? she is good in everyother way. I love her so
