My biggest advice to people is to find a treat that your pup goes nuts for. Maybe cheese or boiled chicken breast, cooked liver, whatever it is must be really special and ONLY used for pottying outside. Ignore pottying inside unless you can interrupt & immediately take them outside. Be very careful because I can sense your frustration and if she is sensing that, she is going to start holding it and sneaking somewhere to potty where you won't see and then it gets really difficult. I know it is frustrating but remember that she isn't doing this on purpose, she just doesn't understand and that is our fault as humans in being unable to communicate what we want.
