Well, I think that is a great idea!! I would start with you,but all I can handle right now is tyring to lose the 20 lbs I gained last year. Once that is gone, I will join you.. I know you can do it.. My mother did it two years ago, she is 72 and smoked for 50+ years, If she can do so can you!!! Let me know how the program works!!
