I agree. I have a beautifully made harness that has a D ring. I don't use it as much because it's the type that goes around the neck and under the belly. The chest is open and there is nothing securing the harness there. I have a puller so I've lost a little of my confidence in it. I use it on special occasions when I want him to look super cute, but we won't be walking outside much.
