Douglas was adopted from a animal shelter and they fix them before you are allowed to take them home, so when we got Douglas we thought he was 2 months, but the Vet later said more like 4 months (this was after we got him)
our other dog (beagle mix) was fixed around his age of 9 weeks when we adopted him from the same shelter as well.
I understand both sides but why is it not good to do it young? |
