Maybe she had a potty accident because she wasn't let out on time? Does he tease her? Maybe he means to be playful but your pup thought it was scary. It happened wih my mom and my pup once, she used the wrong tone of voice and he wet he carpet because he was scared.
For now, don't let them interact without you being there until you figure it out. Have him be the source of everything good. Food, treats, and walks.
