I’m a little confused on one point, and I think they’ll discuss this more tomorrow. It sounds like the jury can find “premeditated murder” or something like, “aggravated child abuse resulting in death” both of which would be “felony homicide”. I probably didn’t say that right, but it sounds like she didn’t have to necessarily “plan” the murder in order for the jury to find “felony homicide", but it sounded like both would result in a death sentence, and this is what I'm confused about. | You're right...both would be death penalty. |
