Ouch that looks painful. I would get him to your vet as soon as possible. My cali has allergies and she scratched out hair on her face and it bothered her to have her back touched. I got her on the right medicine after testing and food changes and she has been great since. I have heard that Hartz is not a good product to use so you may want to try something your vet recommends. I hope Buster's skin clears up soon. He is a cutie.
