I got Princess young, too, 9 1/2 weeks so she tried to nip, bite & chew us a lot. The vet suggested I completely ignore her when she does it, she suggested by standing up & possibly walking away. So I did that, saying "no bite" first & it really helped pretty quickly.
As for pads, I keep mine in the bathroom now that she can usually be trusted & I flush any poop immediately when I'm home. As for peeing, I let her go a few times also depending on size, once there's not a good size spot for her to go she will pee beside it, so I probably change it every 3-4 times.
