Welcome and congrats! Unfortunately, when a breeder places a pup at 9 wks, new mommy has to do the job of the pup's mother and teach bite inhibition. It can be done. I got my first yorkie young and walked in your shoes. I would say "no bite, get a toy" and then guide her over to get a toy to play w me. She really caught on and would start to go get a toy out of her basket and bring it to me to play. It will take a little while of constantly doing it w her (yorkies do well w repetition to learn things) but she will get it. It sounds like you are already off to a good start w this!
