Aileen Wuornos & a few others are exceptions. They really had such horrible childhoods from such an early age that certain areas of their brains didn't mature. I just read that Charlize Theron, who played Wuornos, saw her father killed in front of her.  Never knew that. |
Her father was an alcoholic who physically attacked her mother and threatened both her and her mother. Her mother shot him. Was legally adjudged to have been self defense so she didn't face any charges.
Charlize was 15 at the time.
