He did find for the Plaintiff. He said American Kennels had misrepresented the "teacup" status and ordered the plaintiff to be refunded $1,000.

The judge had quite a sense of humor when he wrote his decision.

OMG the court's opinion was HILARIOUS!!! I was reading it and it gave me a good laugh!! Look at this part! LOL


"It must be said that there are those who have trouble understanding why anyone would want a dog weighing only eight pounds (the size of a small cat), let alone one weighing five pounds (the size of a well-fed New York rat).
