Actually rolls are what does it in for me. I over do it on the rolls, when in reality I don't even really like rolls.
It's just I get overexcited and order too many rolls. I prefer to the actual taste of the fish, not too much rice, or the mayo sauce or what's been really popular lately, sriracha on everything. I cringe when I read people on yelp saying this fish market is so good with getting sushi grade fish, then they get it home and make spicy tuna.
I hate spicy tuna. That's what they do to the fish that's not the freshest.
