Princess was about 7 months when she came into heat. She actually spotted on something when we were playing so I looked. She was very swollen, you will notice I'm sure, it is distinctly different. After the discovery I noticed her licking/cleaning herself all of the time. She could barely walk a few feet without stopping. She also just did not act like herself.
She's spayed now & I'm so thankful I don't have to stress over that or the possibility of her getting pregnant, among other "pluses".
