Thank God you are ok with no serious injuries. Did you go to the hospital so you have proof of your injuries? Did they ticket you for the accident? Be careful with those kind of injuries.I was rear ended 25 years ago and had a neck injury and it still bothers me now.My son had a minor accident 2 weeks ago where he barely hit someone in the rear but thankfully they called it private property and didn't give him a ticket, he is only 17. Waiting for the other driver, he was 15 with his mom in the car, to come up with some kind of lawsuit wanting money even though they weren't injured when it happened. My brother has worked for Toyota for 30 years and all these problems they are having has really effected him financially, he works in parts, I knew there were some issues with the Lexus, seems like there are a lot the public doesn't know about.
