I think exercise is key. There are lots of "low fat" type dog foods out there but I think it's more about portion control and more exercise. Just feed less!

However, some of the lower calorie foods offered are Natural Balance. All of their formulas are low-cal and most are low protein/fat, too. Sometimes I don't think it has enough meat though so I'd want to add canned food or real meat to it. Ummm... Wellness CORE Reduced Fat.

I am feeding Taste of the Wild (Sierra Mountain formula) and it's pretty lowcal, around 320 kcal/cup.
