You know it is not your fault that they are understaffed. They are a business and they should not make appointments that they just can't keep.
I brought my car in for service last week at 9am. I had an appointment!! They had the car all day. I called at 3pm to find out if it was ready and they told me they were really busy and they couldn't get to it that day and wanted me to reschedule. I was fuming!!! I called and spoke to the service manager and they did my car that day!!!
