I so understand this, I have a green belt behind the house that has a cement path bi-law is your dog has to be leashed riiiiiiiight. I get so mad at people in there dogs running every where. On a good note they are starting to watch someone I know recieved a $500.00 fine and she was mad. shakes my head she knew the bi-law just as much as I do |
