Usually their ears will straighten up on their own.. My Lupae was like that, he looked like he had banana peels on tops of his head, lol..
You can always retape the ears at the top for a couple of days to see if that helps.. But I promise they will straighten up.. Always remember that ears will also fall when a puppy is teething..
